Importing Data

Reqline provides a series of functions that allows you to import data from an Excel spreadsheet. The import functions are accessed from the Import Data menu. The tool allows the following to be imported:

• Business Requirements
• Project Objectives
• Constraints, Assumptions, Risks, Issues, Dependencies and Decisions
• Glossary Items
• Artifacts

For each item, the screen provides the following options:

1. Load the data from the spreadsheet
2. Review the data and make any necessary updates
3. Import the data into the database
